Reflective Cycle model by Gibbs is presented (please check resources section below).Then group participates in an intensive group exercise to gain experience. Then group splits into smaller groups of 5 people and practice the reflection model.The workshop is finished with the meta-reflection:How did the process go? What was easy/ challenging in the process of reflection? What would you do differently next time? Would you add some specific methods for some steps in the reflection?
