Make a plan with your coach about which tasks you will undertake to gain control over the following skills:
  • Recognizing the areas in which my own digital competence needs improvement or updating.
  • Identifying where I can find opportunities for self-development and how to stay up-to-date with digital developments.

Here are some examples to develop these skills:
If you want to improve your digital competence, there are several ways to start. Here are some steps you can take:
  • Identify your own strengths and weaknesses: It is important to know what you are already good at and where you still need improvement. You can do this through self-reflection, asking for feedback from others, and filling out online assessments.
  • Look for opportunities for self-development: There are many opportunities to improve your digital skills, such as online courses, workshops, webinars, and training programs. Look for what is available and find something that fits your learning style and needs.
  • Create a plan for self-development: Once you have identified what you want to focus on, create a plan for self-development. In this plan, you can set specific goals and formulate actions that will help you achieve these goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital developments: Digital technologies and tools are constantly changing, so it is important to stay up-to-date with new developments and trends. You can do this by reading newsletters, participating in online communities and networks, and regularly conducting research.

But it doesn't stop there - increase the value of your badge by adding your learning process and achievements to your badge. This enables potential employers to gain a better understanding of your digital skills.
