Tasks
Task no.1
Issued by organiser or scanning QR code
Make a plan with your coach on which tasks you will perform to master the following skills:
  • finding solutions to complex problems with many interacting factors related to technical issues when operating devices and using digital environments,
  • recommending new ideas and processes for the domain.

Examples to develop these skills:
Imagine working for a company that manages an online store. You face many technical problems when running the website, such as managing product inventory, processing payments, and managing customer data. When a problem arises, you must be able to act quickly and effectively to minimize its impact on customers and business operations.
  • One way to improve your skills in this area is by practicing solving complex problems with many interacting factors. For example, you can work on a case study that describes a complex problem at the online store, such as a major failure in the payment system.
  • By analyzing the different factors that led to the failure, you can determine which solutions are possible and which are most appropriate. You can also recommend new ideas and processes to improve the online store and reduce the chance of technical issues, such as implementing an automated system that tracks product inventory and alerts when stock levels are low, or upgrading the payment system to a more robust and secure one.
By practicing these skills, you can improve your ability to solve complex technical problems and recommend new ideas and processes for the domain. This can result in better performance of the online store and higher customer satisfaction.

Step 1: Choose a technical problem when operating a device and come up with solutions for that problem.
Step 2: Analyze the different factors involved in the problem.
Step 3: Create ideas to solve the problem.
Step 4: Create the process to implement these ideas.

But it doesn't stop there - increase the value of your badge by adding your learning process and achievements to it. This allows potential employers to gain a better understanding of your digital skills.
