Make a plan with your coach on which tasks you will perform to master the following skills:
  • distinguishing simple methods to avoid health risks and threats to physical and mental well-being while using digital technologies;
  • selecting simple methods to protect yourself against potential dangers in digital environments;
  • recognizing simple digital technologies that support social well-being and social inclusion.

Examples to develop these skills:
In today's digital world, it's important to not only pay attention to your digital safety and privacy, but also to your physical and mental health. By learning simple methods to avoid health risks and threats to your well-being, you can find a healthy balance in your use of digital technologies.
  • A practical example of how to practice this skill is by taking regular breaks while using digital devices and screens. This can help reduce eye strain and lower the chances of headaches and neck and shoulder pain. Additionally, it's important to have a good posture while using digital devices, such as having a good office chair and placing your screen at the right height.
  • To protect yourself against potential dangers in digital environments, it's important to learn simple methods such as using strong passwords and regularly updating software and antivirus programs. Additionally, it's important to recognize and avoid phishing emails by being cautious when opening attachments and links.
  • Finally, digital technologies can also be used to promote social well-being and social inclusion. Simple digital technologies, such as video calling and social media, can help maintain contact with friends and family, especially in times of social distance. By practicing these skills and being aware of the potential dangers and benefits of digital technologies, we can balance our digital life and promote our well-being.
  •
But it doesn't end there - increase the value of your badge by adding your learning process and achievements to your badge. This enables potential employers to gain a better understanding of your digital skills.
