The holder of this badges joined the 7 days international training course Mental Health Promotion in the Youth Field which has the aim to have a positive impact on mental wellbeing & ending stigmatisation of young peoples’ mental illness.

- To grow awareness & expression of personal emotions, thoughts, values, & behaviour of youth leaders and the young people they learn, live and work with
- To grow understanding & regulating personal emotions, thoughts, & behaviour, including stress responses of youth leaders & support them to create peer education opportunities
- To promote the adoption of a sustainable lifestyle that respects the environment, & the physical & mental well being of self, while seeking & offering social support to others
- To develop 6 learning pathways about resilience, self-regulation, flexibility and well being that will be published at the Cities of Learning platforms.
