Upload your most important activities or practices for renewal. Foucus on the four areas:
- Physical: caring for your physical body via having your needed exercise, eating healthy food, and reducing stress
- Spiritual: making time to think about and work on your values and mission,
- Mental: To keep going with learning for example via reading or writing
- Social/Emotional: Doing some social service, creating synergy among people, or taking care of your own intrinsic safety feeling
After practicing renewal for some time, reflect on what works for you and change, if something does not suit your needs.
