During this workshop it will be discussed how to analyze best practices, what the definition of an engagement platform is, how to build platforms, how to brainstorm about new platforms and how to work with creative techniques. By doing so, you learn how to enable co-creation, how to apply the building blocks of a platform and how to make sure that a platform becomes lively and interactive.
